What should I bring with me?
We recommend you bring a swimsuit (or clothes you don't mind sweating in), a towel, sandals and a water bottle.

Who controls the sauna temperature?
For all private and individual sauna booking we will have an attendant onsite in order to keep the fire burning and the temperature at the desired (and safe) level.

Can I rent a sauna for my private event or retreat?
Absolutely! You can book our floating or mobile sauna for private events throughout New England. Please reference our rental prices and utilize the "Contact Us" page to start the process!

How long is a sauna session?
Each private and individual booking is for a 90-minute session.

How hot do you keep your saunas?
The temperature of our wood-fired saunas can vary based on preference however usually ranges from 140-200 degrees.

Do you offer cold plunge at all of your sauna locations?
We currently provide a cedar barrel cold plunge at all of our sauna locations where natural (i.e. lake or ocean) cold water is not an option.
